Jakub Skrzypczak conducts trademark registration proceedings and litigation in order to obtain protection for trademarks and industrial designs under national, international and European procedure before the Polish Patent Office, the EUIPO and the WIPO. Moreover, he prepares legal opinions on trademarks registrability. He has obtained extensive experience in the field of intellectual property protection, gained while working in various patent & trademark attorneys law firms in Warsaw.
Currently, he is responsible for matters related to renewals and changes in the registers of all types of exclusive industrial property rights.
