How I Support Clients and the Firm
I support clients and the firm’s teams in matters requiring comprehensive legal advice, both in the field of intellectual property and in the day-to-day operation of the organisation. I specialise in contentious proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, court litigation, and matters related to unfair competition.
Within the firm, I also provide legal support in the areas of employment law, HR, organisational, and financial matters, assisting teams in making well-informed and effective business decisions.

How I Work
In my work, responsibility, trust, and partnership-based relationships are of fundamental importance. I take a practical and business-oriented approach to problem-solving, combining flexibility with a clear focus on achieving the intended objectives. In matters requiring swift action, I am able to act decisively and effectively while maintaining a calm and strategic perspective.
I particularly value open communication, mutual respect, and consistency in implementing agreed solutions and strategies.
Experience and Competencies
I have been with JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys since 2011 as an Attorney-at-Law and Patent Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, I gained professional experience at Warsaw-based law and patent firms, developing practical expertise in litigation and legal advisory work.
My many years of practice have enabled me to build strong skills in handling contentious matters, responding effectively under pressure, and providing clear, precise, and pragmatic legal recommendations, even in demanding and fast-paced situations.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I am a mother of two teenagers. I particularly enjoy gardening, especially in springtime, and travelling and discovering new places and perspectives.
