JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys was founded 28 years ago and is one of the leading firms in the field of IP protection. Our team of almost 100 employees includes experienced patent attorneys, attorneys at law, barristers, specialists, assistants and administrative staff. At this stage we view the submitted applications and analyse them in terms of our current needs. We contact selected candidates and invite them to an interview. For some positions, e.g. translators, we ask the candidate to perform a given task before inviting them to the interview.
The interview consists of two stages. The first stage is a meeting conducted by an HR team member. Selected candidates who progress to the second stage of the recruitment process shall meet the team leader.
We present to the selected candidate a job offer and conclude a contract.
In the final step, we contact all the candidates we met and communicate the decision regarding the outcome of the recruitment process.
