Launch of a Contact Point in Alicante

In response to the growing importance of trade mark and design protection at the European level, as well as the international nature of proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), we are establishing a contact point in Alicante as of 1 May 2026.

As the seat of the EUIPO, Alicante is where the majority of key proceedings concerning EU trade marks and Community designs take place. Our presence in this location supports the efficient handling of matters requiring action on the ground.

All client matters continue to be handled by our experienced team of experts in Poland, ensuring a high level of substantive expertise combined with an efficient organisation of work.

The establishment of our contact point in Alicante represents a further step in the development of our intellectual property practice and forms part of our commitment to providing comprehensive support to clients operating across European and international markets.
