How I Support Clients and the Firm

My role involves supporting clients and JWP’s teams to ensure the efficient and seamless delivery of translation projects. My responsibilities include coordinating the work of the Translation Team, managing the flow of information between clients, translators, and external providers, and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of translation assignments. My experience of supporting international clients with European patent validation matters has given me a strong understanding of working in an international environment that requires a high level of procedural precision.

Key Areas of Support

  • Coordinating translation projects
  • Planning the work of the Translation Team and supervising deadlines
  • Managing communication and information flow between clients, translators, and service providers
  • Quality control and optimisation of translation processes
  • Supporting international clients with matters related to European patent validations

How I Work

In my work, I combine procedural precision with a focus on people and effective communication. I value strong organisation, transparency, and the ability to foster cooperation based on mutual understanding and trust. I am adept at coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, paying close attention to detail and maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.

I treat every challenge as an opportunity for growth and improvement. My day-to-day work is guided by patience, accountability, and the belief that even the most complex processes require not only effective organisation, but also empathy, and open communication.

Experience and Competencies

My professional journey has taken me from the world of musicto coordinating business and project processes. As a trained instrumental musician, I developed discipline, focus, and attention to detail – qualities that I now apply to project coordination and organisational work.

Over the years, I have gained experience working as an orchestral musician, a teacher, and an international sales assistant. I then developed my expertise in the Validation Department at JWP, working with international clients and on procedures that required exceptional accuracy and strict deadline management.

In my current role as a Translation Project Coordinator, I combine my experience in process management, communication, and quality control with my ability to foster effective and collaborative teamwork.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I continuously broaden my horizons by learning foreign languages, reading inspiring books, and attending personal development courses. I also find balance through creative, hands-on activities, which enable me to slow down and focus on the creative process.

However, the most important and inspiring role in my life is motherhood. I derive great joy from accompanying my daughter as she discovers the world and grows every day.
