How I Support Clients and the Firm
My role involves ensuring efficient and timely handling of European patent validation procedures in Poland. My responsibilities include preparing and verifying documentation, coordinating proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, and providing ongoing support to both clients and internal teams throughout the validation process. I ensure that all procedures are carried out in compliance with formal requirements and that there is no risk of procedural delays.

How I Work
In my day-to-day work, I prioritise accuracy, accountability, and strong organisational skills. I focus on executing tasks in a timely manner and ensuring the efficient flow of information and documentation. Clear communication and a collaborative approach are equally important to me, whether I am working with clients or supporting the firm’s internal teams.
Experience and Competencies
Prior to joining the intellectual property sector, I gained professional experience in sales and in customer service for import shipments. In this role I was responsible for client communication, document workflow management, and shipment classification for customs clearance purposes. Working in an environment that required precision, timeliness, and accountability enabled me to develop strong organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage documentation and formal procedures .
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I am first and foremost a mother, and I use my free time to rest and recharge. I enjoy watching good TV series and spending time playing board games with my family and friends. I also love travelling, whether it’s long-distance journeys or local getaways, as it allows me to discover new places, cultures, and perspectives. I try to spend every weekend away from home and doing something active.
