Natalia Drabek is a patent attorney working on a daily basis at the JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys office in Kraków. She represents Polish and foreign clients in application proceedings regarding trademarks and industrial designs before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) in Geneva. She also provides advisory services as regards filing trademark applications in various countries around the world. Apart from carrying out trademark and industrial design registrability searches, she is also involved in handling IP litigation cases.
