Tomasz Grucelski participates in SQAP EUIPO once again!

We are pleased to announce that Tomasz Grucelski, a JWP Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys partner, will be participating in the SQAP project again.

The role of an auditor is to analyse and evaluate decisions issued by the EUIPO. Auditors share their conclusions with the EUIPO experts and representatives of selected organisations during the panel. The work results in a report that is aimed at improving the quality of decisions issued by the EUIPO, as well as improving the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Tomasz Grucelski has gained his vast experience in, among others, European Patent Office (branch in The Hague) and the EUIPO in Alicante. He conducted numerous litigations before the EUIPO with excellent results. He is also a long-time member of various international organisations, such as the ECTA, where he is a member of both the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee and the EUIPO-Link Committee.
