How I Support Clients and the Firm

My role involves supporting clients and  JWP’s teams in managing the protection of patents, utility models, and industrial designs. I handle the renewal of exclusive rights and recordals to ensure that procedures are completed on time and  that intellectual property portfolios are maintained securely. I oversee all formal actions, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in compliance with procedural requirements, and without any risk to the continuity of protection.

Key Areas of Support

• Renewals of patents, utility models, and industrial designs
• Recordal of changes in intellectual property registers
• Monitoring deadlines and coordinating administrative procedures
• Supporting the firm’s teams with the day-to-day formal administration of IP matters

How I Work

In my day-to-day work, I prioritise accountability, precision, and strong organisational skills. Open communication, mutual support, and a broad perspective on challenges are also important to me. Even in a dynamic environment, I strive to remain calm, attentive, and effective, ensuring both high-quality work and positive working relationships within the team.

Experience and Competencies

My previous professional experience includes working in  healthcare, hospitality, and organising activities for children in their leisure time. Working in such diverse environments has enabled me to develop strong communication skills, the ability to work under time pressure, and an individual approach to building client relationships. These experiences have also taught me responsibility, attention to detail, creativite problem-solving, and flexibility in my work.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Ilike to recharge by being active, especially through mountain hiking, which helps me to disconnect from the pace of everyday life. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and discovering new flavours. I treat cooking as both a creative outlet and a source of enjoyment.
