Helena Gajek specialises in intellectual property-related litigation, especially concerning trademarks, patents, as well as unfair competition and infringements, before not only the Polish Patent Office, but also common and administrative courts. Furthermore she deals with drafting contracts and legal opinions regarding intellectual property matters. She gained her earlier experience in several law firms, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in Warsaw and the Polish Information and Foreign Investments Agency. At the beginning of 2019 she become a partner in JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys.
